E-Mail Information and Other Things you Should Know For Windows 95 Users in Internet Explorer: To try to open your e-mail program, click on the word MAIL on the icon bar above the homepage, then click on READ MAIL. To see how it works, try sending a message to yourself username@rr1.net. Be sure to hit SEND AND RECEIVE to check your mail. If you have any problems, check your e-mail settings by clicking Here and then following the instructions. Here is a site for Windows 95 Users that has a number clasess you can go through (free!) to learn how to use your e-mail. For Macintosh Users on Internet Explorer, go to this site to learn how to use the e-mail program. Now that you know about how to send and receive e-mail messages, you can send a message anytime to suggestions@rr1.net to ask for help from Cumberland Internet. You can also e-mail if you have a question about your account or just about any other questions you don't know who to ask. If you can't get this whole thing figured out, click HERE to fill out form and you can ask for help without using your e-mail program
You can check how much time you have been online so far this month by clicking on the TIME ONLINE link at the top of the page. You can also change your payment method for connecting to Cumberland Internet or change your time package or stop your service by following the TIME ONLINE link. Many questions are answered on the FAQ? (Frequently asked questions) page. You can get to it by following the link at the top of this page. Go to the Technical Support page and print it out- It has handy information on how to get help when things don't work correctly. You can post a message if you want to sell something or just announce things at the RR1 Message Board. This is only for Cumberland Internet users.
