To change your billing method, choose one of the following:
Do Not Change my Billing Method Change my billing to a new credit card to be debited monthly (fill our forms below) Change my billing to a new bank account to be debited monthly (fill our forms below) Please invoice me for 6 months of service - I will receive a 2% discount for prepayment Please invoice me for 12 month of service - I will receive a 4% discount for prepayment Please stop my service with Cumberland Internet effective the 1st of next month
To change the credit card or bank account that we charge- Please call us at 923-5115 from 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday-Friday or you can mail the information to us (Include your username)- you can send a voided check or the credit card number with the expiration date.
Other comments/questions:**If you are cancelling your service with Cumberland Internet, please write a brief explanation why. We ask for Customer Services purposes.
